If they do not have their Singpass, they may also apply for registration by submitting a completed and signed "Application To Be Registered As Overseas Elector" Form to Elections Department or any of the overseas registration centres by hand or by post. Registration will remain open until the time when the writ of election is issued, and will resume after the election. All accepted registrations will remain valid until the registers of electors are next revised. Registered overseas electors will then have to re-apply for registration. The date when the registers of electors are revised and exhibited for inspection will be published in the Government Gazette and announced to the public through the mass media.
