Citation
1.   These Regulations may be cited as the Political Donations (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Compoundable offences
2.   The offences under sections 20 (4), 22 (1) and (2), 24 (a) and (b) and 29 (5) may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 27 of the Act.
