Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Forms and Fees) Regulations.

Writ and Notice of Writ
2. —(1) For the purposes of section 6 (3) of the Act, a writ for the purposes of an election to the office of President shall be in Form P1 in the Schedule.

(2) For the purposes of section 7 of the Act, a notice of the issue of a writ of election shall be in Form P2 in the Schedule.

Nomination papers
3.   For the purposes of section 9 (3) of the Act, the nomination paper shall be in Form P3 in the Schedule.

Notice of election
4. The notice referred to in section 16 (5) of the Act shall be in Form P6 in the Schedule.

Ballot paper
5. Every ballot paper shall be in Form P7 in the Schedule.

Voting directions
6. For the purposes of section 25 (9) of the Act, the directions for the guidance of voters in voting at an election shall be in Form P8 in the Schedule.

Declaration by voters
7. The declaration referred to in section 27 (1) of the Act shall be in Form P9 in the Schedule.

Oath of identity
8. For the purposes of section 29 (1) of the Act, the oath of identity shall be in Form P10 in the Schedule.

Record of counting
9. For the purposes of section 32 (8A) (b) of the Act, the record of counting for each counting place shall be in Form P11 in the Schedule.

Statement of poll
10. A statement of the poll referred to in section 34 (1) of the Act shall be in Form P12 in the Schedule.

Oath of secrecy
11. For the purposes of section 36 (1) of the Act, the oath of secrecy shall be in Form P13 in the Schedule.

Return of election expenses
12. —(1)   For the purposes of section 56 (1) and (2) of the Act, the return respecting election expenses and the statement by a principal election agent accompanying any such return shall be in Form P14 in the Schedule.

(2)   For the purposes of section 56 (2) of the Act, the statement by a candidate accompanying any return respecting election expenses shall be in Form P15 in the Schedule.

Authority to conduct election activity
13. For the purposes of section 65 (2) of the Act, the written authority to conduct any election activity shall be in Form P17 or P18 in the Schedule.

Fees
14. For the purposes of section 57 (2) (b) and (c) of the Act, the fee for —

(a) inspecting and making extracts from any return respecting election expenses shall be $2; and

(b) supplying a copy or copies of any part of any return respecting election expenses shall be 30 cents for each page.
