PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS
(NON-CONSTITUENCY MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT) ORDER

[14th August 1991]

Citation and cessation.
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Non-constituency Members of Parliament) Order.

(2) This Order shall in accordance with section 52 (1A) of the Act, cease to have effect at the next dissolution of Parliament.

Nonconstituency members declared to be 4, less total Opposition Members elected.
2. For the purpose of the next general election, the number of non-constituency Members of Parliament to be declared elected shall be 4 less the total number of Opposition Members elected to Parliament in accordance with section 49 (7) of the Act.
