ELD has a full-time staff establishment of about 20 officers, supported by a team of IT personnel. However, during the conduct of Presidential election, Parliamentary election or national referendum, ELD’s ranks swell to meet the challenge of steering the thousands of public sector employees engaged in the actual conduct of the election or referendum.
